Jason & Veronica - Engagement Session - 12/03/2009 - Livermore, CA
Jason and Veronica are engaged. Yep, it's true. Getting married too. Next October. Personally, that's my favorite time of year for a wedding. My personal wedding was on October 15th. The weather here in Northern California is still so beautiful that time of year and the fall colors are...well pretty awesome(see below). They already have a little mini family going on with their two awesome little dogs, Buster and Maeby, so it only made sense to include then in some of the photos. I'm a dog person so I'm all for it whenever people want to include them in their photos, whatever the occasion.
Originally we planned to do their engagement photos at a different location but when I saw this place this time of year I had a ton of ideas so we switched it up and I think everything came out great. Jason warned me up front that the only way he was going to smile naturally was if I could say something to make him laugh. I'm not going to mention here some of the things that were said trying to achieve this, but suffice to say we had some fun with it. =) If the engagement session was this much fun, I can't wait to see what's in store for the wedding. I know it's going to be a blast.
As usual, here are just some of my favorites from the session(and there were a lot!)

Brian,
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful, fun pictures!! I can only imagine what was said to get Jason to smile....
You're right thinking the wedding will be fun - that's their main priority and you are a large part of that. We all know you will capture the moments that best reflect the festiveness of the night!!
Again, great pictures!!
