Cesar & Christie were married just a few weeks ago. This particular wedding I was actually a hired "2nd gun" by a photographer that I work with on a pretty regular basis, Tiffany Green of Tiffany Green Photography. I have been working with Tiffany a few years now and we have shot dozens of weddings together and it really is fun to be able to capture a wedding from two similar yet different perspectives. She sets up a shot, I set up a shot and we both get a lot of great stuff. This wedding was actually one of two that we shot in the same weekend and ironically were at the same venue! The Ceremony was held at one of the most beautiful Cathedrals I have ever seen in downtown Sacramento and the reception was held at The Vizcaya Pavilion just a mile or two away. Below are what I would call my favorites and my take on the day. Enjoy!

The Cathedral Was literally 200 yards from the Capitol Building so we stopped there for a few shots before heading to the Vizcaya
This was a first for me...the groomsmen suddenly rushed the groom off to the bathroom where they proceeded to take the grooms shirt and carry him out to the dance floor. Cesar told me it was tradition at a Mexican wedding to do this to the groom. Good thing that dude is in shape.
