The Holmes Family - A Family Portrait Session - Dublin, CA

Well, it's that time of year again where the clocks change, the leaves fall and the holidays are trying their hardest to sneak up on us. =) It's a great time of year to get out and update those walls and send out some holiday cards with some new family portraits and that's exactly we're workin' on here! Meet Courtney, Sean, Aiden, and Mason. The Holmes family!

The Moylan Family! - Danville Family Photographer - Danville, CA

I would like to welcome back Shaun, Julie, Makena, Cavan, and now introducing the littlest man to the family, Conor. The Moylans! I believe the last time I photographed this family Makena was about the age that Cavan is now(2.5) and Cavan had just had his first birthday. As you can see, a lot has changed and now they have an adorable little brother, Conor, who is just over 6 months old now and rounds out this fabulous family of 5. =)

We shot these last week just before the 4th of July so the patriotic color scheme I will assume was no accident =) Had a great time photographing these guys and I definitely look forward to seeing them again and again! I hope you guys had a fun 4th of July and I certainly hope you will enjoy a few of my favorite images from our session together!

The Backer Family - Dublin Family Photography - Dublin, CA

Meet Dan, Jen, Ava, and Bryce: The Backer Family! Oh, I almost forgot the family dog, Dotty May(who might make an appearance or two later). =)

We set out last weekend to photograph the family and more specifically their 2 adorable kids. Ava is just a little older than my daughter so I felt right at home trying to coax a smile or two out of her. Honestly, I give most of the credit to Mom & Dad for all the dancing and singing they did behind my head! I wish I could have seen it. Bryce being just 6 months old he is just learning to sit up on his own and was quite interested in...pretty much whatever he could get his hands on. It was hard to pick only a few favorites to share. Luckily it's my blog and I can post as many pics as I want so here are some of my favorite images from our session together. Enjoy! =)

Adrienne & Jeff: Having Twins! - Livermore Maternity Session - Livermore, CA

In the next few weeks, Adrienne & Jeff will join the semi-exclusive club around here of couples I have photographed that will be parents of twins! They already know they are having a boy and a girl and they already have their names picked out(which is often the million dollar question on everybody's mind.) They even have the nursery all decorated just waiting for these two little bundles of joy to make their grand entrance. =)

Adrienne contacted me looking to do some maternity portraits but by the doctors orders she was supposed to be taking it easy so we were going to be doing the shoot at their home. The good news for them is they have an absolutely beautiful home which also literally backs up to a vineyard. Perfect.

Todd & Kelly: A Maternity Session - Dublin, CA

It's not all that often that I get the chance to put good friends in front of my camera. Todd & Kelly are affectionately referred to around here as "Uncle Todd & Autie Kelly" by my daughter Chloe and in just a few short weeks, they will have a daughter of their own to love & care for. =) We decided to get together last week to capture some portraits of these two at this special time in their lives. I am so totally excited for these two to experience all the amazing things that are surely in store. I'm sure they are nervous but I also know they are going to be the most amazing parents. I cannot wait to meet their little girl, Cora.
