The Sorensons - A Family Session - Danville, CA

OK so I lied. Not everybody in this picture is a Sorenson but in some way, shape, or form they are, were, or might some day be. Confused yet? Stay with me.
If you read my last post I mentioned I'm pretty bad with names. This may be my biggest challenge yet. Meet Terry, Jenny, Sheree, Alex, Amaya, Josh, Shandy, Lucas, Bredan, Jonathan, Precious, Emily, Nate, and Jen. Oh and how can I forget the dog, Ine(pronounced like "nine" without the "n"). This was a big group so I had my work cut out for me! My beautiful wife came along to help me keep track of everybody. She even took a picture or two. Three to be exact haha!

When I say this is the nicest family you will ever meet, I'm not kidding. They really are. I have known the Sorenson Family (as I call them) for quite some time and actually I used to work with Josh for several years at my previous job. I was excited to have the opportunity to photograph such a great family. We all headed out to good old Hap Magee Ranch Park in Danville to get some shots of the family..and all it's sub-families haha! Everybody did a great job and below as usual are some of my favorites from the day.

The Carrions - A Family Session - Sunol, CA

Damien, Audra, Giavanna, Isabelle, Avery, and Tabitha. You got all that?? There might be a quiz later. I'll be the first to say I'm bad with names so this was going to be difficult for me. I'm pretty sure I called everybody by the wrong name at least twice. =)

When I was contacted by Audra about doing a family photo session I knew her name sounded familiar. Turns out, we have mutual friends as we both graduated from the same high school (go Grizzlies?) only a year apart. I've said it before, the world is small.
This was a fun session and also a little challenging. Any time you are dealing with this many people (and of various attention spans) you're bound to run into some...complications haha! I think everything came out great and what a beautiful family they make. I hope to see you guys for some more pictures as time goes by and the family grows. Enjoy!

Riley Rae = 3 Months..and a little - Dublin, CA

I've been very busy lately and unfortunately my blog has become very neglected because of that. Is this thing on?? =) Hopefully here soon I can start with my major posting frenzy and get caught up with all the great things that have been going on.

With that, we return to a familiar face..a very cute familiar face! It seems like only a few days ago she was born and now, 3 months(and counting)! Riley is the adorable addition to my friends Jimmy & Sheryl's family. You can find previous photos I have taken for their family here, aaaannd here. A very quick 3 months have flown by and Riley has grown a lot. She has wonderful little facial expressions and makes all kinds of adorable little sounds.
