Chelsea + Rick : Married! - Vizcaya Pavilion, Sacramento, CA

Ok now that I have your attention... =) Chelsea and Rick were married just a few weeks ago at the lovely Vizcaya Pavilion in Sacramento, CA. This would be the 3rd wedding we've shot there in the last few months.(other two here<--and-->here) I say we because I was once again the 2nd photographer for Tiffany of Tiffany Green Photography. Another fun day of shooting and many more to come. =)

It's interesting to me to get to see the same venue set up multiple ways and each ceremony and reception we've done here have been completely unique..literally none of them did anything the same! One big difference for this wedding was it was actually on a THURSDAY! That didn't stop their guests from having an awesome time. It was a gorgeous day and a beautiful wedding. Below are some favorites and my take on the day. Enjoy!

Heather & David - Bay Area Wedding Photographer : Vizcaya Pavilion, Sacramento, CA

Two weddings in a row at the Vizcaya Pavilion? This was another wedding Shot together with Tiffany of Tiffany Green Photography as these were actually her clients but I was there again as the 2nd photographer. This wedding was on a Sunday but not just any Sunday...it was like the rainiest Sunday ever. As it was pointed out by the grooms brother, rain on your wedding day is actually good luck and as he put it in his speech, "a wet knot is the hardest to un-tie". =)
Unlike the wedding the day before, the ceremony was actually held at the Vizcaya and as luck would have it, the rain let up just after the ceremony. It was a little cold but we were able to go outside and get some great photos. Below are some of my favorite clicks from the day. Enjoy!
